No. Cloud Foundations assumes an IT degree or equivalent background (basic computing concepts) but zero AWS experience is required. Module 1 covers Linux and networking prerequisites before we touch AWS at all.
Almost everything runs on the AWS Free Tier. We design all labs to stay within free tier limits and teach you to set a billing alarm on Day 1. Expect to spend no more than $5–10 across the full 6 weeks if you follow the lab instructions carefully.
The CLF-C02 exam costs ~$150 USD (paid directly to AWS/Pearson VUE) and is separate from the course fee. We help you plan for this cost and walk you through booking, either online proctored or at a test centre in Lagos or Abuja.
Budget 6–8 hours per week: 1 live class (timing announced before cohort starts) plus 3–5 hours completing your weekly labs and assignments at your own pace. The live class is recorded so you can rewatch if needed.
